Indictments Would be Submitted on Ship of Hilltop Youth

Attorney Itamar Ben-Gvir criticized, Monday, the state's decision not to prosecute Member of Knesset Hanin Zoabi (National Democratic Assembly) or Sheikh Raed Salah, head of the northern branch of the Israel Muslim Movement for their role in the attack on Israeli commandos who boarded the Turkish ship Mavi Marmara on May 31, 2010, based on a claim of insufficient evidence.

Referring to certain residents of Judea and Samaria during a Supreme Court hearing on a petition against the non-prosecution, Ben-Gvir said, "Israel says that this terrorist act. If tomorrow there was a ship of hilltop youth and they were hanging symbols of the [outlawed] Kach movement and equipping their ship with clubs and soldiers were boarding the ship and the youths were throwing soldiers [overboard] and beating them with clubs, would there also be insufficient evidence?"
