Jewish Agency to Assist Bulgarian Victim’s Family

The Jewish Agency’s fund for victims of terrorism will give $1,500 to the family of Bulgarian man Mustafa Kyosov, who was killed in a bombing in Burgas, Bulgaria that targeted Israeli tourists. Five Israelis were killed in the attack.

This is the first time that the fund plans to assist relatives of a non-Israeli victim hurt outside of Israel. The move aims to demonstrate the Jewish world’s sorrow at Kyosov’s death, and to help his parents, who were supported in part by his salary.
