Report: Toulouse Terrorist Did Not Act Alone


Mohammed Merah, the terrorist who murdered a rabbi and three children at the Otzar Hatorah school in Toulouse, France, did not act alone, according to confidential documents published by the Le Monde newspaper on Thursday.

The documents reveal that while Merah did not own a telephone that was registered in his name in order to avoid police surveillance, he did ​​contact more than 180 individuals in more than 20 countries, including Israel, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The contacts took place from September 2010 until the date of the massacre.
