Mars Rover 'Curiosity' Makes First Test Drive

Remote-controlled Mars Rover 'Curiosity' has pleased Nasa with its ability to maneuver in all directions on the Red Planet. The mobile robot laboratory is scheduled to travel some 12 miles in search of evidence to past life on Mars. Mission Control has aptly named the landing site after sci-fi author Ray Bradbury, ‘Bradbury Landing’. (BBC)
