Switzerland on Tuesday expanded its sanctions against Syria. The Swiss banned three additional companies from conducting business in its territories, among them Syria's national airline.
In addition, the assets of 25 Syrians, most of them officers in the country's army, were frozen, and they have been banned from entering Switzerland.
