Labor Party chairperson MK Shelly Yechimovich on Tuesday said that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was blowing the Iran issue out of proportion, in order to ensure that Israelis do not pay attention to their increasingly desperate financial situation. While there was no doubt that the Iran issue was important, the economy was important, too, she said.
Speaking at Hebrew University Monday, Yechimovich said that “the days when Israelis were called to support a party based on empty promises and divided into the traditional left and right camps are over.
