The Jerusalem Local Planning and Building Commission is planning twelve towers near the northern entrance to the city. The new industrial zone will have office buildings, a hotel and business space. Located near the new bridge of strings, Herzl Street and Rabin Boulevard, the plan hopes to create 40,000 new jobs.
