World War II buffs shocked Britons over the weekend by parading in Nazi uniforms and flying swastikas in an event recalling the war. The annual “Yanks” festival re-enacts life in Britain during the war, but this year’s event included Nazi-uniformed men, one of whom rode in a vehicle with an SS license plate and who wore a senior SS uniform. Next to him was a woman brandishing a machine gun.
