The Remax real estate firm has broken its record for second-hand apartment sales, News1 reports. The company said sales in July 2012 were 6.7% higher than the previous record high, in December 2011, and 28% higher than in July 2011.

The figure may show a trend toward recovery in the real estate field after a slow sales period.
