Defense Minister Ehud Barak praised the IDF and the Shin Bet for preventing the attempted terror attack near Kerem Shalom on Sunday night.

“IDF forces, commanded by Major General Tal Russo and led by Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz, and assisted by Shin Bet agents, showed alertness, sharpness and versatility, and thwarted an attack which may have caused many casualties,” said Barak.
