Despite Hamas relating to Israel as the enemy, 26 Arabs from Gaza Strip and the West Bank participated in an Israeli Trade Bureau Customs Agent training course, to familiarize the Arabs working with Israeli customs officials with international Israeli customs and parcel insurance and trade agreement regulations.

The 189-academic hour course aims to improve service for Arab importers, saving them from customs bureaucracy.
