Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, spiritual leader of the Shas party, who came to a Siyum Hashas event at the Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem on Monday evening, was unable to get out of his car because excited participants gathered around it.

After 45 minutes, police officers who were securing the event were able to clear the area and pave the way for Rabbi Yosef to get out of his car.
