The number of available work positions in the Israeli economy shot up in June. There were 17.4% more open positions in June than there were in May, the Central Bureau of Statistics announced Sunday – with a total of 72,500 jobs available in June, compared to 61,700 available in May. Compared to June 2011, there were 7% more jobs available in June 2012.
The top open positions included sales – which constituted 12%, or 8,200 – of the jobs available.
