Jewish Teenager Attacked on French Train

A 17-year-old student who apparently studies at the Otzar Hatorah school in Toulouse was attacked by two people, Wednesday evening, on a train traveling between Toulouse and Lyon. His condition was not immediately known. According to a French Interior Ministry report, the youth was wearing religious symbols and the attack was described as anti-Semitic in nature. Conductors and another passenger overpowered the assailants.

The Otzar Hatorah school was the scene of a terrorist shooting that took the lives of Rabbi Jonathan Sandler, two sons and the daughter of the school's principal in March.
