Three Olmert Verdicts Due Next Week

The Jerusalem District Court announced, Sunday, that it will issue its rulings on Tuesday, July 10th in three corruption cases being prosecuted against former prime minister Ehud Olmert and members of his staff.

Olmert is accused of using undue influence at the government's investment center, of receiving illegal cash political contributions from donors in the United States and for double billing flights abroad in a way that allowed his family to fly for free. The allegations stem from the time before he became prime minister by virtue of the coma suffered by former prime minister Ariel Sharon in January of 2006.
