Testimony of State Witness in Holyland Case Halted

The Tel Aviv District Court agreed, Sunday afternoon, to stop the testimony of the state's witness in the Holyland corruption case, after the witness fell ill. The witness, identified as Shin Dalet, told the judge, "My head is not working." The testimony had been scheduled to last until 8:00 Sunday evening.

A number of Jerusalem officials are charged in the case, which surrounds the approval of plans for the Holyland subdivision after they appeared headed for rejection.
