Home prices in Israel are back on the increase. A report in Maariv Sunday, quoting Central Bureau of Statistics figures, said that home prices were up 1.4% in April and 1.5% in May.
The increases come after several months of falling real estate prices, and surprised economists, the report said. The report attributed the increase to recent variable interest rates changes.
