Beit El is considering calling the new caravilla (demobilized trailer) neighborhood for uprooted residents of the Ulpana neighborhood "Ma'aleh Michael" after attorney Michael Sfard.
Sfard is the attorney whose petition to the Supreme Court led to the uprooting.
