Arab terrorists fired three mortar shells at IDF troops in the Eshkol region Sunday afternoon. The soldiers were on patrol near the Gaza border fence. The rockets exploded in an area not far from where the patrol had been set to enter. No one was injured and there was no damage.
Two Grad rockets were fired at Israeli targets on Saturday. The IDF has not responded, attributing the firing to tension in Egypt due to the presidential elections there. The Egyptian government has not commented on the firing of the rockets, which IDF officials said was most likely conducted by Bedouins in Sinai.
