Rabbi Dov Lior of the Judean Jewish communities of Hevron and Kiryat Arba' visited the Binyamin-region Jewish community of Beit El this week to give strength to residents of the Ulpana neighborhood, ahead of uprooting ordered by the Supreme Court. He said the idea was "alieandevilfrom beginning to end," stressing,"It's notJewishthinking. The areaherebelongs to the peopleof Israel."
Interviewed by Arutz Sheva's Hebrew service during a gathering in Jerusalem, Rabbi Chaim Druckman said, "Destroying thehomesis destructionfordestruction's sake, which is not moral. Nobody will benefit from destruction. We have still have not reachedD-DayandI hopethings will work out. The stateunderstandthis andIhope there will be a proper solution. We musn't reach a situation of clashes."
