Shai Nitzan Must Not be Allowed to Succeed Mike Blass

Manager Orit Strook of the Human Rights Organization in Judea and Samaria said, Friday, that she hopes a nationalist is named to succeed outgoing Deputy Attorney General Mike Blass. Blass said last week that there is no place in Beit El to build 300 units promised by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu without raising the same legal questions that threaten the uprooting of five buildings in the Samarian Jewish community's Ulpana neighborhood.

Interviewed by Arutz Sheva's Hebrew service, Strook said she was glad that the Knesset State Control Committee was scheduled to discuss, next week, a failed attempt to name former deputy state prosecutor Shai Nitzan to the position, adding that Nitzan worked hand-in-hand with Blass to find judicial obstacles to the Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria.
