The Syrian army killed fifteen people in Deraa al Balad neighborhood Friday overnight, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. 
The Syrian human rights group reported that others had been seriously injured in a bombardment on the neighborhood by Syrian President Bashar Assad's forces. The group also reported violent clashes between Syrian troops and rebels in other areas of Dera'a.
