The Chief Rabbinate of Israel has reached an agreement with the Chairman of the Tzohar rabbis’ organization, Rabbi David Stav, on changing the criteria for holding a wedding.
The changes will allow religious Zionist rabbis to arrange and perform a marriage ceremony. The agreement was approved this week the by the Chief Rabbinate’s council.
