An American soldier who called on his Facebook page not to obey the orders of President Barack Obama will be dismissed from the army, the Marine Corps announced Wednesday. The soldier, Sergeant Gary Stein, will not receive the benefits usually received by discharged soldiers.
Stein said in response that he was disappointed with the decision and added that he intends to appeal to a federal court to prevent his dismissal from the service.
