Socialist candidate Francois Hollande is leading in the French presidential race, polls showed Thursday. However, polls show that up to 25% of French citizens remain undecided.

President Nicolas Sarkozy, also in the race, said he still believes his chances are good.  The first round of the vote is to be held Sunday.
