Obama: Breakthrough or More Sanctions on Iran

President Barack Obama of the United States said, Sunday evening, that more sanctions will be imposed on Iran if there is no breakthrough in talks about the Tehran government's nuclear development program.

During a news conference in Colombia, Obama said the window of opportunity was still open and it was incumbent on the Islamic Republic to take advantage of the opportunity before the window closes. He added that the U.S. would not accept a situation where the talks are used as a delaying tactic.
