Anders Behring Breivik pleaded "not guilty", Monday, to charges stemming from last July's killing of 77 people and wounding of hundreds more in a bombing at the Norwegian government complex in Oslo and a shooting at a Labor Party youth camp on the nearby island of Utoya.
He acknowledged the acts but not the authority of the court to judge him.
