Route 79 between the Courthouse Junction (Tzomet Betei Hamishpat) and the Gal'am Junction, north of Haifa, was closed in two directions, Sunday afternoon, after a load of iron fell from a tractor-trailer.
Heavy congestion was reported. Police advised motorists to stay away from the area for the next few hours.
