Members of Knesset were present at a rally Tuesday in the destroyed town of Homesh in northern Samaria. MK Aryeh Eldad (Ichud Leumi) called to rebuild the town, which was demolished in the 2005 “Disengagement,” and pledged to work to change the Disengagement Law in order to make settlement at the site legal.
MK Danny Danon (Likud) issued a similar call. “I call on the Prime Minister to resettle Homesh and to make it clear to the radical Left, including Peace Now and Defense Minister Barak, what Likud's way is,” he said.
