Israel Defense Force Chief-of-Staff Major-General Benny Gantz isn't taking the rocket attack on Eilat lightly. Maj.-Gen. Ganz  is meeting with  Major General Tal Russo, the head of the Southern Command and General Aviv Kohavi, the head of Military Intelligence to assess the situation. There were not physical injuries or property damage reported in the attack.
