Israel has send humanitarian aid to help the wounded in Brazzaville, Congo. An explosion at an ammunition storehouse killed over 200 people. Israel sent condolences to the Government of Congo and the families of the dead and a speedy recovery to the wounded. The Israeli Foreign Ministry sent the aid in cooperation with MASHAV – Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation and the Israeli Embassy in South Africa. Emergency medical equipment to help burn victims and other aid was sent.
