Dozens of people were arrested Monday afternoon at a mass rally in Moscow protesting President Vladimir Putin's victory in this week's presidential elections in Russia. Putin won 63% of the vote in order to return the presidency.

Protests said that the elections not conducted honestly, and were demanding that the elections be conducted again. The crowd of tens of thousands said they would not recognize the results of the election.
