The Military Prosecutor's Office has submitted an indictment to the Haifa Military Court, charging a reserves soldier with the brutal rape of a female soldier, last May at the secret Naval Commando 13 base in Atlit, between Tel Aviv and Haifa.

The court put a gag order on the suspects name and other identifying details.
