Hispin Man Killed in Golan Accident

It was disclosed, Sunday evening, that 25-year-old Tzofen David Sheetrit of the Golan Heights city of Hispin was killed in an afternoon collision between the vehicle he was driving and a commercial vehicle at the Ma'ale Gamla intersection caused the car to overturn. His wife was seriously injured in the accident and airlifted to Rambam Hospital in Haifa. The Sheetrits' infant son was taken to Poriyah Hospital in Tiberias with light to moderate injuries. The driver of the commercial vehicle was lightly injured.

Three people suffered injuries ranging from light to serious in a collision between a tractor-trailer and two private vehicles on Highway 90, next to Kibbutz Sheluchot in the Jordan Valley. Two people were lightly injured and a number of cars damaged when a truck hauling junk overturned at the corner of Yanovski and Derech Hevron in Jerusalem.
