There have been over 1,000 complaints of abductions and forced relationships involving Arab or Bedouins and young new Russian immigrants. The police can rarely be of assistance because the relationships start out as a persuasion, without coercion. The Knesset Immigration and Absorption Committee watched video footage from hidden cameras that portrayed the seduction method.

Bentzi Gopstein, Chairman of the LEHAVA organization said the Knesset must pass a law that prohibits seduction of a minor.
