Member of Knesset Nissim Ze'ev (Shas) said, this week, that the law should be changed to overturn a decision by Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch that threatens Jewish homes in Judea and Samaria on the assumption that they were built on Arab land.

During a visit to Beit El, whose Ulpana (Girls' Religious HIgh School) neighborhood is threatened by the decision, Ze'ev told Arutz Sheva's Hebrew service that no Jewish property should be destroyed before it is proven that it was built on Arab property.
