Kuwait: Protesters Break into Parliament

Dozens of protesters broke into the Kuwaiti Parliament on Wednesday night and chanted slogans against Prime Minister Sheik Nasser Al Mohammad Al Sabah. Hundreds of additional demonstrators gathered outside the building.

The demonstrators accused the prime minister of corruption and called for his resignation. One of the protesters said that “the people demand further reforms and recent government actions are incompatible with the spirit of the Constitution.”
