      Weather: Windy, then Wet, Too


      Hazy to partly cloudy skies are forecast for Tuesday, with winds gusting up to 60kilometers/39 miles an hour, especially from the northern border to the northern Negev, bringing temperatures down and making seas rough through Wednesday. Rain will resume over the Mediterranean coast and the north Tuesday night. It will be cooler than usual on Wednesday with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the north and center of the country and a chance of flash floods in the Judean Desert and Jordan Valley through Friday. Hazy skies are expected in the south on Wednesday.
