Weather: Wet and Windy Days Ahead


It will be slightly cooler on Monday with isolated showers and thunderstorms, mainly along the Mediterranean coast, where a high-wave warning is in effect. The rain will strengthen in the evening, retreating to the north, where isolated showers are expected Tuesday morning. Winds will strengthen, bringing temperatures down even further, with a chance of sandstorms in the south through Wednesday, otherwise it will be hazy. It will be cooler than usual on Wednesday with occasional showers, thundershowers and strong winds in the north and center, accompanied by a risk of flooding in the Judean Desert and Jordan Valley. A repeat is expected on Thursday, except for the wind.
