An Otniel man in his 50's or 60's was killed and two other residents of the southern Hevron Hills community suffered light to moderate wounds in the pre-dawn hours Friday, when they were accidentally fired on by Israeli troops near the Ari/Kvasim Junction. A soldier involved in the incident was lightly injured when hit by a passing truck.
