Jewish Graves in Awarta Vandalized

Jewish worshippers who went, Sunday evening, to the grave of Elazar Hacohen, in the Samarian Arab village of Awarta, were shocked to discover that the tomb had been covered in Arab grafitti, including the picture of a missile launcher. The vandalism followed recent renovation of the site.

Land of Israel activist Itamar Ben-Gvir said, Monday afternoon, said the attack might lead to serious reactions by vandals who have carried out "price tag" attacks on Arab, leftist and government targets. He said, "Under these circumstances, intensive acts of condemnation are needed on the part of the president and prime minister in order to lower the level of agitation."
