The memorial to assassinated prime minister Yitzchak Rabin in Tel Aviv was damaged Thursday evening. The Hebrew equivalents of "Price Tag" and "Free Yigal Amir [Rabin's convicted assassin -ed.]" were written on the memorial.

Police detained a suspect for questioning.
