Israeli soldiers arrested a dozen wanted terror suspects and seized weapons, Monday evening, in the Palestinian Authority-assigned areas of Judea and Samaria. Seven of the suspects were arrested in the Samarian village of Azoun, east of Kalkilye, and two were arrested in Hizme, just north of Jerusalem. Another pair was arrested in Tumar and a single arrest took place in Jadidah.
In Hevron, Israeli troops uncovered a rifle and some ammunition magazines. To the south of the city, they found three firebombs and a briefcase full of knives. Each discovery was accompanied by the arrest of two suspects. All of the detainees were turned over to security services for further investigation.
