A new cultural center will open in Kiryat Arba on Monday night. Knesset speaker Reuven Rivlin will be on hand to officially open the facility in Kiryat Arba at 7:30 PM Monday. Rivlin is expect at the event to discuss the PA's plan to present the UN Security Council with a request to recognize an Arab state he plans to declare in Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem.
Speaking Sunday, Rivlin said that “this September will go down as a 'black September' not for Israel, but for the UN and for Israel-PA relations. They are acting as if there is an 'express route' around negotiations with Israel, and this is a false premise.”
