Member of Knesset Shelly Yechimovich warned her campaign staff against complacency, Sunday evening, ahead of Monday's primary elections for chairmanship of the Labor Party. Yechimovich and Knesset member Amir Peretz are considered the favorites in the race.
The polls are scheduled to open at 10:00 a.m. at 151 sites across the country and run until 10:00 p.m. The candidates are shooting for 40 percent of the party's approximately 66,000 registered voters. If none of them reaches that threshhold Monday, A runoff will be held between the top two vote getters.
