294 Dwelling Units for Religious in Ra'anana

The Israel Lands Administration and the municipality of Ra'anana, northeast of Tel Aviv, are promoting a new high-density building project which will include 294 dwelling units on land that was changed from agricultural to residential in the western part of the city.

The number of apartments is an increase of 52 over the original plans. It depends on approval of a reduction in the size of the apartments from 104 square meters 84 square meters, intended to increase the supply of affordable apartments for young couples, among others.
