The Task Force for Fighting Terror released its travel advisory for the upcoming holiday-filled Jewish month of Tishrei on Friday, reminding people that a severe warning is still in effect for the Sinai peninsula. The Israeli-Egyptian border was the scene of a deadly attack on August 18th. Recently, there have been warnings about attempts to carry out similar attacks and there have been warnings about attempts to kidnap Israelis visiting the region.
The advisory expanded a warning for parts of Nigeria to include all of the country. The warning against travel to Tunisia was upgraded and a warning on travel to Tajikistan was cancelled.
