Most of the indices on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange started Monday morning trading with modest gains. The TA composite index was up a tenth of a percent as was the TA 100, and the Maof 25 most-widely-invested issues were up .05 percent.
The oil and gas issues were down .84 percent and the leading bond and dividend stocks were down .14 percent.
