The new school year opened in Judea and Samaria institutions Thursday morning. Over 100,000 students are attending the various kindergartens, schools, yeshivas and seminaries.
The Yesha Council reports that over 51,000 students will attend elementary school this year, compared to 46,000 last year. Some 7,500 students entered the first grade, 600 more than last year.
