Doctor Sanctions Continue in the South and North

Members of the Israel Medical Federation are striking institutes, outpatient clinics and daycare clinics in hospitals in the southern half of the country, as far north as Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital, on Tuesday. The sanctions were suspended in the area until yesterday because of the security situation.

Surgeons in hospitals from Tel Hashomer northward will perform only live-saving procedures and doctors of the Clalit Health Fund's Dan-Petach Tikva district are also on strike.
